问题： Linux下时间显示是正常的，但是回到Windows下时间就会慢了8个小时
原因： 因为Windows默认使用硬件时钟，而Linux使用网络时间
在Linux下打开终端，输入命令：
timedatectl
timedatectl set-local-rtc 1
timedatectl
可以看到设置前RTC time（硬件时间），为标准时间，比Local time（ubuntu本地/网络时间/香港时间）慢8hr
设置后硬件时间即与网络时间对准
Linux+Windows双系统时间不一致
